Jim Keenan

Jim Keenan has been immersed in the real estate industry for most of his life. After earning his license in 1986, he began his career working alongside his mother, Jean Siebert, at Siebert Realty. Following his graduation from Old Dominion University, Jim moved to Wilmington, North Carolina, where he launched Beaches Rental Equipment, a successful business providing beach home equipment to area visitors. After more than a decade of ownership, he sold the company and returned to Virginia Beach with his wife and three children.
